Flatpress is a CMS ( Content Management System ) to create a blog. This special CMS does not require database. All Content that is written is save in files. This application is perfect for when you are not hosting a server with data base. Their interaction is similar to wordpress. The only requirement is that the server has installed PHP 4 or higher
